Cash you're leaking, and cash you don't have yet.
Two directions of the same problem, handled with specialist partners. We find the opportunity, run the relationship, and stay in the room.
Who this is for.
Companies with real spend. Enough headcount that payroll, insurance and benefits are meaningful line items, or enough operations that utilities, freight and equipment add up to something worth auditing.
This one stretches further than the rest of what we do. The recovery and savings work suits established companies through public ones. The lending side tends to suit smaller businesses. Between them they cover most of the range.
What's included.
Cost recovery
Auditing what you've already paid and getting back what you overpaid. Billing errors, misapplied rates and duplicate charges accumulate quietly, and almost nobody has someone whose job is to go looking.
Recurring cost reduction
Utilities and energy, insurance, workers' compensation premiums. The line items that were set when the company was a different size and haven't been revisited since.
Employee benefits and payroll tax
A preventive care benefits structure that widens what employees get access to while creating payroll tax efficiency on the employer side. Works alongside your existing coverage rather than replacing it.
Lending and financing
When the constraint isn't hidden money but access to it. We bring in partners who finance growth for small and mid-sized businesses.
How it works.
Structure depends on the program, and it varies more here than anywhere else we work. We'll be straight about how the specialist gets paid before you spend real time on it.
A short call
What you spend money on and how big you are. That's usually enough to tell whether any of this is worth your time. If it isn't, we'll say so.
A review
The relevant specialist looks at your actual numbers and comes back with what they think is there. You get the supporting compliance and legal documentation at this stage, not after.
Your advisors look at it
Anything touching benefits or payroll tax should go past your CPA or counsel before you sign. We'd rather you did that than skipped it.
Implementation
The specialist team runs it. We stay involved so you have one relationship to manage rather than four vendors and a lot of forwarded email.
We don't underwrite anything.
We don't write insurance policies and we don't make loans. What we do is know where money usually hides in a business this size, and know the people who are genuinely good at getting it back. You get one relationship and someone in the room who works for you rather than for the vendor.
Questions we get.
Who actually does the work?
Specialist partners we've worked with and vetted. They handle the audits, the filings and the implementation. You'll meet them on the call rather than dealing with us as a middleman relaying messages.
Why not just go to them directly?
You can, and if you already know which specialist you need, you probably should. Most people don't know which of these categories applies to them, or that several of them do at once. That's the part we're useful for.
Is the benefits and payroll tax piece legitimate?
It comes with compliance and legal documentation, and you should have your CPA or your counsel read it before you commit to anything. We'd rather lose a deal to your accountant's caution than sell you something you weren't comfortable with. It's a category that attracts aggressive marketing, so scrutiny is reasonable.
What does it cost?
It depends which program and which partner, and we'll tell you plainly before you invest time in it. We're not going to quote you a number on a website that turns out to mean something different once someone looks at your books.

What's on your list?
Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell whether we can help. If we can, we move fast.
