Getting a new business set up right.

Everything you need in place before you can sell anything, done properly the first time so you're not paying to redo it next year.

Who this is for.

You're starting something, or you started recently and it's held together with free trials and a Gmail address. Maybe you've got a logo a friend made and a domain you bought at 1am.

You should be selling and building the actual business. Not comparing CRMs, not reading about DNS records, and not learning why your emails keep landing in spam.

What's included.

Domain and email

Buying the right domain, setting up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and configuring it so your mail actually reaches inboxes instead of spam folders. Everything registered in your name.

A website

First draft through live. Written, designed, built and hosted. Not a template you'll be embarrassed by, and not something you need to call us to update.

Brand and marketing materials

Logo, colors, a deck template, one-pagers, email signatures. Whatever you need to look like a real company the first time somebody checks you out.

Your tool stack

Picking the CRM, accounting, storage and project tools you'll actually use at your size, then setting them up so they talk to each other from day one instead of two years from now.

How it works.

Most of this is fixed-price — we scope it and you know the number up front. If the work is open-ended, or you'd rather just have someone on call, we do hourly and ongoing support too.

01

A call

What you're building, who you're selling to, and what you already have in place. Usually half an hour.

02

A written scope

What we'll do, what it costs, and how long it takes. You see the number before anything starts.

03

We build it

You review as we go rather than waiting for a reveal at the end. Changes are easier early.

04

Handover

Accounts in your name, on your card, with your credentials. You own the domain, the site, the files and the data. Nothing is hostage.

The cheap version costs more later.

A stack chosen in a hurry gets ripped out in a year, and moving data between systems is far more expensive than picking correctly the first time. The same is true of a website nobody can update and a domain registered to somebody who left. This is the least glamorous money a new business spends and the easiest to waste twice.

Questions we get.

I already have some of this. Is that a problem?

No, most people do. We look at what you've got, keep what works, and replace what doesn't. You're not paying us to redo things that are already fine.

How long does it take?

A basic setup — domain, email, tools, a simple site — is usually a couple of weeks. A site with real written content and custom design takes longer, and we'll tell you that in the scope rather than after.

Do I actually own everything?

Yes. Domains, accounts, code, design files, data. All registered to you and billed to you. If you stop working with us tomorrow, nothing breaks and nothing gets held back.

Do you stick around afterward?

If you want. Plenty of clients keep us on for whatever comes next, and a lot of them eventually move into the systems and reporting work as they grow. There's no requirement either way.

What's on your list?

Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell whether we can help. If we can, we move fast.
